Where to start
How the pieces of work above fit together, and which one to pick first.
If you have an idea but no evidence yet, start with a discovery sprint. It is a fixed-price, four-week piece of work that ends in a recommendation to proceed, pivot or stop, and it produces the research and storyboard a build would start from. If the idea is already tested and the scope is understood, go straight to product build, which runs in fixed-price delivery cycles against the same hypotheses.
If the question is about a platform rather than a product, start with a platform review. It gives you criteria written with your team, a scored market scan and a shortlist you can defend. A CMS migration follows naturally from it, and moving content, URLs and search rankings across is a job in its own right. Design systems and accessibility audits sit underneath both: one keeps many sites consistent, the other makes sure every one of them works for everyone.
Some teams do not need a project at all. They need people. An embedded team works inside your own tools and rituals, and user research can be added to work you already have under way. AI readiness is for organisations turning on Copilot or similar tools, and it puts content, permissions and workflows in order first. All of it runs on HASTE, our delivery framework, so however you start, the next piece of work picks up where the last one finished.
