DITRDCA
Before merging two intranets into one, we ran workshops with 46 stakeholders across 14 business divisions and audited more than 1,000 content pages.
Discovery narrowed the design to the five services staff use most.
Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade
Around 20,000 intranet pages moved to SharePoint Online, cleaned up on the way rather than lifted and shifted.
Australian Federal Police
A new intranet with structured content and new information architecture, which we still run as a managed service.
