A website rebuilt as a service

We moved fwc.gov.au onto Drupal and GovCMS after more than 19 hours of stakeholder interviews and research with each audience. Time on key tasks improved by 79% for employees and by 40% for small business owners.

Alongside it, we migrated the Registered Organisations Commission's content and built the Commission's document publishing platform.

ACMA

The Hub, redesigned around tasks

A task-first redesign of the ACMA intranet, The Hub, on SharePoint, tested with more than seventy staff.

It was followed by an ongoing managed service.

Attorney-General's Department

The Register of Lobbyists, built and migrated as a registry platform.

Fair Work Commission

Search across more than a million legal documents, with Elasticsearch on the site and Azure Cognitive Search linked in from the Commission's data team.
