National Film and Sound Archive
Workshops with staff from several business areas produced more than 1,000 Post-it notes, and we recorded over 30 hours of one-on-one interviews.
From that came a map of the archive's whole technical ecosystem, a future state, a scored market scan of DAM vendors and an implementation plan for the pilots.
