Why it works
We start from what staff come to the intranet to do: apply for leave, find a policy, find a person. The structure is tested with real staff before anything is built, so the everyday tasks take two clicks, not twenty.
Search is only as good as what it searches. We clear out the duplicates and the out-of-date copies, set up metadata and promoted results, and make sure the current version is the one that comes back first.
Staff profiles, skills, locations and desk booking inside the intranet, so finding the right person is as easy as finding the right page.
We use SharePoint and Microsoft 365 as they are wherever they do the job. For the rest there is ShareHub, our toolkit of web parts and page templates, so less is custom and less can break.
ShareHub has no licence fee and runs in your own tenant. We document it, train the people who run it and set up the governance, so your team owns the intranet, not us.
Copilot answers from whatever is in SharePoint, including the 2019 policy nobody deleted. We review content and permissions so its answers are current, and nobody sees what they should not.

Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade
We led DFAT’s intranet transformation as prime contractor, from 2022 to 2023: a new SharePoint Online intranet with a new News Hub, integrated with Teams and single sign-on.
Around 20,000 pages came across, with the content cleaned up on the way rather than lifted and shifted.

Australian Federal Police
The AFP’s new intranet, from staff research through alpha, beta and live: new information architecture, more than ten page templates and over sixty reusable components, built to WCAG 2.1 AA.
We still run it as a managed service.
